We’ve got your back. If you've just received a Member Alert that indicates a change was made on your account that you don't recognize, we're going to help you through the next steps.

 

  1. Login and change your online banking Personal Access Code (PAC - this is your password!)
  2. Review your transaction history for any unfamiliar items
  3. Call our Member Care Centre at 403.520.8000 or Toll Free at 1.866.92.34778 (FIRST)

If this notification occurred out of regular business hours, notify us online and include the time, date and message you received in the Member Alert.
