The management and employees at First Calgary Financial are committed to the rights of individuals, including their expectations of privacy, and fully endorse all aspects of the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA). If you have any concerns relating to how we have handled your personal details, we will do all we can to ensure that your concerns are fully investigated and responded to and that any identified issues are addressed.

Our Chief Privacy Officer will acknowledge your formal written concern by contacting you within five business days. You will be informed of the process we will follow to address your concerns and the outcome. If you feel that the outcome of our investigation is unsatisfactory, you will be provided with assistance to make a formal complaint to the Privacy Commission.
