Disabling Pop-up Blocking

To access the Online Banking portion of the newly designed Web site, member-owners must allow pop-ups from this site.

In an Internet Explorer 8.x environment:

When you select your branch in the ‘Sign In To Online Banking’ drop-down menu, the message “Pop-up blocked. To see this pop-up or additional options click here” as illustrated below will come up.

If you click on this Pop-up blocked message, you will be given a few options to choose. It is best to select the “Allow Pop-ups from This Site” option, to avoid having the online banking page blocked in the future. Members will be asked “Would you like to allow pop-ups from ‘www.1stcalgary.com’?” Please select ‘Yes’ as the complete First Calgary Financial web site is maintained on secure servers; as indicated by the ‘closed’ lock symbol at the top or bottom of your browser’s window).
