Telephone Banking is First Calgary Financial’s 24-hour, self-service, telephone banking system. With Telephone Banking, you can access your accounts anywhere in Calgary and North America by simply using your telephone’s number pad to select one of the various information menu options.

To sign up for Telephone Banking, please visit any First Calgary Financial Branch, or call the First Calgary Financial Member Care Centre* at (403) 520-8000 or toll free 1-866-92-FIRST (34778) from anywhere in Canada and the continental United States.

*Member Care Centre Hours: Monday to Friday 8 A.M. to 8 P.M., Saturday 8:30 A.M. to 6 P.M.
